Program Attendance
Extension Coordinators
During the program a sign-in sheet must be filled out completely. Failure to note the correct license number will result in no credits being assigned to that applicator.
NOTE: Applicators should be encouraged to keep track of the programs they attend.
Once a program is completed an electronic document (excel spreadsheet, word document, pdf) of all the information from the program's sign-in sheet must be submitted by email to the Montana Pesticide Education & Safety Program within 10 days of the program.
NOTE: If using PERKS open the program attendance form (you will be required to enter the program id number before accessing the form) to select applicators attending the program. If the applicator does not exist in the database enter their information into the applicator information and credits form. Once all applicators are selected for a program:
Non-Extension Coordinators
Once the program is completed the program's sign-in sheet must be submitted to the county's extension agent who will then submit an electronic document of all the information from the program's sign-in sheet to the Montana Pesticide Education & Safety Program.
