The Pesticide Education Record Keeping System (PERKS) is a Microsoft Access program designed to track private applicator re-certification credits. PERKS should not be confused with other software that is used to make records of restricted-use pesticide applications. Sometimes this software is called PARS (Pesticide Application Recordkeeping System).

The main page of PERKS version 6 is organized into two sections (Applicator & Program). Each section has data entry forms and report buttons associated with it:

Applicator 'Information and Credits' - Click on this button to open the form that will let you add applicator information and check the programs and credits an applicator has.
'Credit Listing For All Applicators'
'Labels For All Applicators'

Program 'Information' - Click on this button to open the form that lets you add program information 'by Applicator' - Click on this for a report page of all the programs attended by a specific applicator.

'Attendance' - Click on this button to open the form that lets you select the applicators that are attending a specific program.

'by Program' - Click on this for a report page of all the applicators attending a specific program.

* To update to PERKS version 6 you need to enable your internet browser for script language.
